Dankook University established the 'Eminent Scholar Invitation Seminar', a high-quality education lecture for current students and local citizens, following the beginning of its 2nd semester. 
▶ Chairman of the Board Kim Hwa-jun is delivering a special lecture to current students and local citizens on the 15th at the Jukjeon Campus.
The 'Eminent Scholar Invitation Seminar' involves the special lectures of 12 scholars such as the Chairman of the Board, the honorary President and 10 professors, who have professional insights into areas such as the humanities, society, education, culture, arts, and physical education. A representative from the College of Liberal Arts stated that "the lectures were established with the purpose of improving the global perspective and ability if current students and local citizens, in face of this global era which requires various abilities and creativity". Lectures are held in both campuses with the same lecturers, with only the lecture schedules being different. They will be held on the 7th and 8th periods at both campuses until the 8th of December, in Room 215 of the Social Sciences Building of Jukjeon Campus, and the International Conference Room (Room 124) of the 3rd Science Building in Cheonan Campus. Local citizens can attend for free.
