现在全世界面临着新型冠状病毒的艰难时期.

真诚希望我们檀国人每一名都健康归来.特别是在武汉及湖北地区的檀国人,迫切希望大家早日以健康的状态与我们相见。檀国大学紧急应对委员会为了保障所有留学生可以在新型冠状病毒疫情下度过安全的留学生活,特制定了方案如下：

■ 【开学日期/返校日期】

- 2020年第一学期开学日期：3月16号（星期一）（推迟两周）

■ 中国以及东南亚留学生入境日程

1. 居住宿舍的留学生返校日期：2月21日-2月26日

* 学校安排所有入境的留学生在雄飞管自我隔离14天

*已经购买机票的学生，务必改签到(02.21-2.26）期间的机票入境!!!

2. 住校外的留学生返校日期：2月末之前务必入境，避免导致无法上课问题，入境后在家隔离14天

**3月16日(星期一) 开学时，入境不足两周的留学生不可以上课**

■ 【报告入境航班信息】

- 所有中国以及东南亚留学生(住宿舍/住校外)务必把入境航班信息发给负责老师，截止到02.14.(星期五)

* 报告方法 ：用SNS发送航班信息

-本科 Wechat: hisilhisil, Kakao Talk: dkuinter

-大学院 Wechat: dankook , Kakao Talk: hyuchan79@hotmail.com

- 学号，姓名(大写拼音), 入境日期（年月日）,航班号

*指定日期内没有发航班号码而导致的无法入住宿舍的情况，后果自负！！！

■ 【2月份毕业典礼取消】

- 校方正在协商2020年2月份毕业典礼推迟在2020年8月份毕业典礼一起进行

- 学校提供邮寄学位证服务，需要的学生请把收件地址发给负责老师,有关日程于申请方法另行通知

전 세계가 신종 코로나바이러스 감염증으로 인해 힘겨운 시간을 보내고 있습니다. 우리 단국인이 한 명도 빠짐없이 건강하게 돌아오길 기원합니다. 특히 우한 및 후베이성 지역에 있는 우리 단국인 또한 하루 빨리 건강한 모습으로 만나길 간절히 소망합니다.

본 단국대학교 비상대책위원회는 모든 유학생이 신종 코로나바이러스 감염증으로부터 안전한 유학생활을 할 수 있도록 다음과 같은 방안을 시행합니다. 단국인이 함께 이 난관을 극복할 수 있도록 유학생 여러분께서 적극 협조해주시기 바랍니다.

■ [개강일자/입국일자]

-2020년 1학기 개강일 : 3월16일(월)

■ 중국 및 동남아시아 국가 출신 유학생 입국절차

1. 2020-1학기 기숙사거주 외국인 유학생 입국일자 : 2월21일(금)-2월26일(수) 의무귀국

* 입국 후 웅비홀에서 14일간 자가격리

* 비행기 티켓을 이미 구매한 학생은 2월21일(금)~2월26(수) 기간으로 최대한 조정하기 바람

2. 자취생 입국일자: 개강시 안전한 등교를 위해 2월내 입국, 입국 후 자가격리14일

** 3월 16일 개강시 입국 후 2주가 경과하지 않은 학생은 등교할 수 없음

■ [항공권 확정일자 보고]

- 유학생들의 안전한 귀교와 순조로운 학사등록을 위해 입국일정을 조사중입니다.

- 모든 중국 및 동남아시아 국가 출신 유학생은 2020.02.14.(금)까지 유학생 담당자에게 입국 일정을 보고해 주시기 바랍니다.

* 보고방법

- 학번, 성명(병음), 입국일자 순으로 작성

* 지정된 날짜 내 입국보고를 하지 않아 기숙사에 입주할 수 없는 경우 책임은 본인에게 있음

■ 【2월 학위수여식 취소안내】

- 2020년도 봄 졸업식이 취소됐으며 2020년 8월 연기 시행을 검토중에 있습니다. 이번 졸업 대상자의 학위증은 신청자에 한하여 EMS로 발송할 예정이며 이에 따른 절차는 추후 안내하도록 하겠습니다.

Recently, Coronavirus infection has been widely spread out and reached a critical level throughout the whole world. We sincerely wish our students particularly from Wuhan, Hubei and all Dankook members from every country back to campus in a healthy state soon.

Dankook University Emergency Response Committee will actively monitor the news and updates about the Coronavirus and implement the following measures to ensure our all international students’ health and to prevent possible spread of Coronavirus infections.

We ask for your active co-operations to overcome this situation.

■ [Delay in the starting date of Spring semester, 2020]

- New date: Monday, March 16, 2020

■ Entry procedure for international students from China and Southeast Asian countries.

1. Dormitory check-in date for Spring semester: < Friday, 21 – Wednesday, 26, February >

(All students planning to stay in the dorm during Spring semester must arrive to Korea and check in to dorm between above period)

* Self-quarantine for 14 days at Woongbi Hall (Twin Sharing)

* Students who have already purchased flight ticket on other dates should change the itinerary to the suggested days

2. Entry date to Korea for students living off-campus: All students should be arrived to Korea before the end of February and must be in self-quarantine for 14 days

** According to the guidelines provided by Korean Ministry of Education, students have been to any overseas countries are completely banned from attending classes for 14 days since the date of the latest entry into Korea

■ [Reporting flight itinerary]

- All students are required to report the flight itinerary back to Korea by Friday, 14 February as follow ;

          - Write in a following order: Student Number >> Name >> Date & time of entry

* It is your own responsibility if you are not able to be placed in the dormitory by failing in report of flight itinerary

■ 【Cancellation of Graduation Ceremony]

- The graduation ceremony for spring 2020 has been cancelled and postponement to August is under consideration. The degree certificate will be sent through EMS upon request and the procedure will be informed shortly.
