교수소개

서울대학교 식품공학과를 졸업하고, 서울대학교 보건대학원 환경보건학과에서 이학석사를 취득하였습니다. 3년간의 직장생활을 하고, 다시 학업에 매진하여 서울대학교 생명과학부에서 식물생태학을 전공으로 박사학위를 취득하였습니다.
박사학위의 주제는 우리나라 주요 하천에서의 침수식물 분포와 다양도 예측입니다.

생태계와 환경에 대한 연구를 위해, 관련 기업과 연구소에서 일을 하며 관련 지식들을 배웠습니다. 기후변화가 점점 심각해지고 생태계 보전의 중요성이 점차 중요해지고 있는 요즘, 식물 생태계 변화와 종 분포에 대해 연구를 하고 있습니다.
