Dankook University students produced a new type of promotional video in celebration of the 65th anniversary of DKU’s founding.
This video was planned, directed and performed by 50 students of the School of Theater and Film and by honorary university promotional ambassadors over a period of 6 months from last May. The video was made in omnibus style with P.O.V (Point of View) method under 3 topics of ‘Challenge’, ’Mentorship’ and ‘Youth’.
This video has a significant meaning because it is Korea’s first university promotional video made following a drama-type storyline.

‘Challenge’ is the joyful story of a grandmother challenging herself to enter Dankook University in order to achieve her dream of higher education at the age of 65.

‘Mentorship’ is the story of a professor who is both a mentor and a teacher, and who spends time with students and hangs out with them in a friendly and cool manner.

DKU 65th Anniversary Promotional Video – ‘Youth’

‘Youth’ is a restoration style story about a security guard who used to work at Dankook University singing about youth along with the DKU band, Black Bears.
