To provide best medical services with expertise in scaling
Dankook University Dental Hospital opened a new center that specializes in scaling, with a goal to improve dental health and the quality of professional medical services. The opening ceremony was held on November 5and the center is now in full operation.
Dankook University Dental Hospital plans to open a medical center that specializes in scaling, to minimize the waiting time and provide medical service with expertise. In order to do so, four professional personnel were stationed on the hospital's 2nd floor, including doctors with expertise in scaling.
The scaling center is expected to provide direct and indirect benefits to university members. Since scaling is usually required once a year, the center was established forgreater accessibility with its location within the campus grounds. It also provides specialized services and minimizes the waiting time for patients.
"Patients will be able to prevent periodontal diseases through regular scaling,” Jungchul Park, the Head of the Scaling Center said. “We are going to do our best to promote the center to the local community and make sure more people receive benefits," he added.
