[Biography]
JaeYeon Park is a tenure-track assistant professor in the Department of Mobile Systems Engineering at Dankook University. He received his Ph.D. in Integrated Technology (Computer Science) from Yonsei University in 2023 and his M.S. and B.S. in Computer Engineering from Ajou University in 2020 and 2017, respectively. Prior to joining Dankook University, JaeYeon was a Principal Researcher at Samsung Electronics Mobile R&D Center from 2023 to 2024. He is a recipient of the Dissertation Fellowship from Yonsei University and the Distinguished Paper Award from the Proceedings of the ACM on Interactive, Mobile, Wearable and Ubiquitous Technology (IMWUT). JaeYeon’s research interests lie in the fields of Mobile and Embedded Sensing Systems, Machine Learning, and Human-computer Interaction.
