Introduction
Professor Suk-Oh Kim has worked for 35 years in government agencies such as the Korea Customs Service & Customs, Ministry of Strategy and Finance, and the LA Consulate General, and has abundant experience and knowledge in the fields of international trade norms and free trade agreement negotiations, customs policies and systems, customs administration, and corporate trade support. He is an international trade expert. In addition, as a professional professor at the Customs Human Resources Development Institute under the Korea Customs Service, he has been lecturing to customs officials on rules of origin, customs law, trade practice, and international negotiation skills for the past four years. Professor Kim teaches international trade laws, FTA utilization research, and customs valuation research at the Graduate School of Business, and lectures on trade practice and management school theory at the undergraduate level.
