Introduction

Chang Hwan Choi is a Professor in the Department of International Trade at Dankook University where he teaches courses in international trade law and economies.

He has served as the Dean of Graduate School, Director of The Seoul Institute, Vice President of Trade Remedies. He has been a member of U.S. Attorney at Law (D.C), served on the managing editorial board for the Journal of Korea trade.

His work focuses specifically on International trade patterns and their impact on the growth, income inequality and international trade law system. He has published many papers in International Trade Journal, Information Technology for Development, Asia Pacific Business Review, Economic Research, Electron Commerce Research, Internet Research, Global Economic Review, Journal of Korea Trade, Information Development and other.
