Introduction
He received his MFA degree from State University of New York at New Paltz and his Ph.D degree from Dankook University. He started with Metalsmith in Dan Dailey Inc of USA and later worked as Product Designer. He worked at Tiffany&Co as Master silversmith. In Tiffany&Co, He designed and produced major sports trophies including the NFL Super bowl Trophy, NBA, MLB, and NASCAR. He also participated in the development of a variety of new hollowware products. Currently, he presents various exhibitions and publish thesis on the functional and identity of crafts in contemporary art. He is also a jury member of the Korea Crafts Festival and a planning committee member of the National Gwacheon Science Museum.
